This equipment conforms to the latest version of BS 476 Part 7 (I.e. it incorporates amendments 1,2 & 3). The apparatus consists of a vertical radiation panel, fired using a gas/air mixture, mounted and supported on a framework. The specimen holder with a pilot flame arrangement is mounted to one side of the panel and the test is conducted with the specimen held at right angles to the radiant panel. This test is used in a number of countries throughout the world as a basis of regulating for the fire properties of wall and ceiling linings Features See download for additional features
